Shimla Local - State's First Electric Depot
- After the Transport Department, now Shimla local depot of HRTC will also be fully electric bus depot.
- In such a situation, non-electric and long routes are being shifted from here to other depots.
- Shimla Local Depot currently has 70 electric buses. All routes of Shimla local depot will be converted into electric buses.
- Some routes from Shimla Local Depot have been shifted to other routes. In this, Shimla-Bindla and Shimla Bhukho routes have been shifted to Karsog Depot. Apart from this, Shimla-Sarahar, Shimla-Pahal have been shifted to Shimla-3. Shimla-Manali, Shimla-Seri route has been shifted to Mandi Depot. Shimla Jwalaji, Shimla-Dhami route has been shifted to Dehra Depot. Shimla-Chandigarh, Shimla-Seri route has been transferred to Shimla-3 Depot.
- The drivers and conductors working on these routes have also been transferred along with the buses to other depots.
- The Transport Department is preparing a network of charging stations across the state.
- For this, the Transport Department has identified places for setting up charging stations across the state. The process of land transfer has also been completed at many places.
- Preparations are being made to convert 1500 HRTC buses into electric buses.
शिमला लोकल - प्रदेश का पहला इलेक्ट्रिक डिपो
- परिवहन विभाग के बाद अब एचआरटीसी का शिमला लोकल डिपो भी पूरी तरह से इलेक्ट्रिक बसों वाला डिपो होगा।
- ऐसे में नॉन इलेक्ट्रिक व लांग रूट यहां से दूसरे डिपो को शिफ्ट किए जा रहे हैं।
- शिमला लोकल डिपो में अभी तक 70 इलेक्ट्रिक बसें हैं। शिमला लोकल डिपो के सभी रूट इलेक्ट्रिक बसों में तबदील किए जाएंगे।
- शिमला लोकल डिपो से कुछ रूटों को दूसरे रूटों में शिफ्ट किया है। इसमें शिमला -बिंदला और शिमला भूखो रूट को करसोग डिपो में स्थानांतरित किया है। इसके अलावा शिमला-सराहर, शिमला -पाहल को शिमला-3 में स्थानांतरित किया है। शिमला-मनाली, शिमला-सेरी रूट को मंडी डिपो में स्थानांतरित किया है। शिमला ज्वालाजी, शिमला-धामी रूट को देहरा डिपो में स्थानांतरित किया है। शिमला-चंडीगढ़, शिमला-सेरी रूट को शिमला- 3 डिपो को ट्रांसफर किया है।
- इन रूटों पर काम करने वाले चालकों व परिचालकों को भी बसों के साथ दूसरे डिपो में स्थानांतति कर दिया है।
- परिवहन विभाग की ओर से प्रदेशभर में चार्जिंग स्टेशन का नेटवर्क तैयार कर रहा है।
- इसके लिए परिवहन विभाग ने प्रदेशभर में चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने के लिए जगह चिहिन्त कर ली है। कई जगहों पर भूमि हस्तांतरण की प्रक्रिया भी पूरी कर ली गई है।
- एचआरटीसी की 1500 बसों को इलेक्ट्रिक बसों में बदलने की तैयारी की जा रही है।
