Himachal Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Selection Process
Himachal Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector Selection Process is devided into 04 Parts. Candidates will be selected on the basic of written examination, physical test and medical test. Lets have a lookStage 1: Mode of Selection - Part-I (Written test of 85 marks)
The Written Objective type Screening test will consist of 170 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each questions will be of ½ marks of duration of 2 hours. The skill tests /physical standard and efficiency test etc. wherever applicable will be of qualifying nature for those who qualify the Written Objective Test.
- Objective Type Screening Test (MCQ) consisting of syllabus of General English of 10+2 standard, Hindi of Matric standard, General Knowledge including General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Everyday Science, Social Science, Current Affairs & Logic will be of qualifying nature.
- Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency test of qualifying nature for those who qualify the Screening Test.
- Subjective Test of 85 marks of those who qualify the Physical Standard and Efficiency Test in General English & General Hindi languages including précis writing, Essay writing etc.
Stage 2: Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency test
Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency test of qualifying nature for those who qualify the Screening Test.
Stage 3: Subjective Test
Subjective test of those who qualify the Physical Standard and Efficiency Test in General English & General Hindi languages including précis writing, Essay writing etc. Rs. 200 Marks
Stage 4: Interview
Interview of those who qualify the subjective test. = 30 Marks
