हिमाचल प्रदेश के सभी 12 जिलों को जोड़ने के लिए चंडीगढ़ में हेलीपोर्ट होगा
- नागरिक उड्डयन महानिदेशालय (डीजीसीए) ने हेलीपोर्ट लाइसेंस प्रदान करने की प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने के साथ, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार पहाड़ी राज्य में सभी हेलीपोर्टों को जोड़ने के लिए चंडीगढ़ में एक स्थापित करने की योजना बना रही है।
- सूत्रों ने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ हेलीपोर्ट हिमाचल में सभी हेलीपोर्ट के लिए एक आधार के रूप में काम करेगा।
- इस कदम से राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था के मुख्य आधार पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है।
- एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि सरकार सभी 12 जिलों में हेलीपोर्ट स्थापित करेगी और उन जिलों में सुविधाओं का उन्नयन करेगी जहां पहले से एक है।
- वर्तमान में राज्य में भुंतर (कुल्लू), गग्गल (कांगड़ा) और जुब्बड़हट्टी (शिमला के पास) में केवल तीन हवाई अड्डे हैं।
पीपलू मेले का उद्घाटन किया
- ऊना के कुटलैहड़ विधानसभा में तीन दिवसीय जिला स्तरीय पीपलू मेले का शुभारंभ हुआ.
- मेले का आयोजन निर्जला एकादशी के अवसर पर किया जाता है।
- ऊना, हमीरपुर, कांगड़ा और बिलासपुर जिले के भक्त पिपलू गांव में स्थित मंदिर में नर सिंह देवता की पूजा करते हैं।
- वे अच्छे स्वास्थ्य और समृद्धि के लिए आशीर्वाद मांगते हुए, देवता को अपनी कृषि उपज का एक हिस्सा भी चढ़ाते हैं।
HP to have heliport in Chandigarh linking all 12 districts
- With the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) simplifying the process for grant of heliport licence, the Himachal Pradesh Government is planning to set up one in Chandigarh connecting all heliports in the hill state.
- The Chandigarh heliport, said sources, would serve as a base for all heliports in Himachal.
- The move is expected to boost tourism, the mainstay of the state’s economy.
- The government would also set up heliports in all 12 districts and upgrade facilities in the districts that already had one, said an official.
- Currently, the state has only three airports at Bhuntar (Kullu), Gaggal (Kangra) and Jubbarhatti (near Shimla).
Piplu fair inaugurated
- The three-day district-level Piplu fair in the Kutlehar Assembly of Una was inaugurated.
- The fair is organised on the occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi.
- Devotees from Una, Hamirpur, Kangra and Bilaspur districts pay reverence to Nar Singh deity at the temple located in Piplu village.
- They also offer a part of their agricultural produce to the deity, seeking blessings for good health and prosperity.
