HPAS/HAS Final Exam Result 2023: The Public Service Commission declared the final result of the HAS exam on Wednesday17th May 2023. Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has declared the final result of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Combined Examination-2021 on the basis of a personality test. In this, Praveen Kumar of Rohru has been the topper. He belongs to the ex-servicemen quota. Praveen Kumar decided to join the administrative service after serving in the army. Himachal has got five HAS officers, eight Tehsildars, two BDOs, one DPO and one treasury officer through this exam.
The third rank in HAS is Kartikeya Sharma. He is a resident of Solan district Arki. Kartikeya's father Gopal Sharma is an administrative officer and at present Sukhwinder Singh is the OSD of Sukhu. Kartikeya completed his schooling at Dayanand Public School Shimla and then pursued Mechanical Engineering at NIT Hamirpur. Last year, when HAS had four seats, it got the eighth rank.
