SSC CHSL 2018 Exam Analysis & Questions Asked 01 July 2019

As you all know that from Today 01.07.2019 onwards SSC CHSL 2018 exam has been started. Today (01.07.2019) many Candidates appeared for this exam and many more will appear in it on coming days. With this post, we are providing the questions asked in the SSC CHSL 2019 exam based on the review obtained by the aspirants who appeared for the exam. 

This post will help the aspirants who are yet to appear for the exam. Candidates should stay calm and study accordingly.

SSC CHSL 2018 Exam Pattern:

The exam consists of 4 sections, namely General Intelligence (Reasoning), General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language and Comprehension total 100 questions with 2 marks for each question and negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.

  1. General Intelligence (Reasoning): 25 Questions (50 Marks)
  2. General Awareness: 25 Questions (50 Marks)
  3. Quantitative Aptitude: 25 Questions (50 Marks)
  4. English Language and Comprehension: 25 Questions (50 Marks)
Exam duration is of 60 minutes (1 Hour).

SSC CHSL 2018 Exam Time:

  • 10:00-11:00 am
  • 1:00-2:00 pm
  • 4:00-5:00 pm
Server: The overall review regarding SSC Server was good and no issues were faced by Majority of Students

Exam Interface: The Questions were properly ordered as asked in previous years as seen in SSC CGL 2018 Exam. 

SSC CHSL 2018 Exam Analysis 01 July 2019

1. General Intelligence (Reasoning): This section was of easy to moderate level. Questions were Easier than SSC CGL 2018. A couple of questions were time taking. Overall 22 attempts will be considered good.

2. General Awareness: This part was of moderate level. There were 8-10 questions on current affairs. This indicates that students should focus more on Current Affairs to score high. Questions were Moderate. 

3. Quantitative Aptitude: This section was doable but little time-consuming. Speed and Faster Calculation will help significantly to handle this section. With proper time management, 16 - 18 questions were easily doable. 

4. English Language and Comprehension: This section was easiest, as seen in SSC CGL 2018, questions were repeated from previous years. There was a higher number of questions from vocabulary, mostly previously asked questions were repeated. There was one Cloze test with 5 Questions plus Questions on PQRS, Voice & Narration, Error detection, sentence improvements, etc.
