Four Hydro Projects Set To Be Transferred To HPPCL
- The state government has decided to transfer four small hydropower projects from Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL) to Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL).
- Sai Kothi -1 (15 MW),
- Sai Kothi-11 (18 MW),
- Devi Kothi (16 MW) and
- Hail (18 MW) in Chamba district.
Uncertainty persists over Kullu’s Bhootnath Bridge restoration
- People have lost hope for the restoration of the Bhootnath Bridge, the targets for whose completion have been postponed several times during the last three years.
- The bridge is lying defunct for the past four years.
- It is a 96-metre-long double-lane bridge over the Beas River at Bhoothnath in Kullu.
चार जलविद्युत परियोजनाएं एचपीपीसीएल को हस्तांतरित की जाएंगी
- राज्य सरकार ने चार लघु जल विद्युत परियोजनाओं को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड लिमिटेड (HPSEBL) से हिमाचल प्रदेश पावर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (HPPCL) में स्थानांतरित करने का निर्णय लिया है।
- साई कोठी -1 (15 मेगावाट),
- साई कोठी-11 (18 मेगावाट),
- देवी कोठी (16 मेगावाट) एवं
- चम्बा जिले में ओलावृष्टि (18 मेगावाट)।
कुल्लू के भूतनाथ पुल के जीर्णोद्धार को लेकर अनिश्चितता बरकरार है
- भूतनाथ पुल के जीर्णोद्धार की उम्मीद लोग खो चुके हैं, जिसके पूरा होने का लक्ष्य पिछले तीन वर्षों के दौरान कई बार टाला जा चुका है।
- यह पुल पिछले चार वर्षों से ख़राब पड़ा हुआ है।
- यह कुल्लू के भूतनाथ में ब्यास नदी पर 96 मीटर लंबा डबल लेन पुल है।
