Himachal Police's 10th Half Marathon
- In the 10th Half Marathon organized by Himachal Police, Sahil Gill of Chandigarh won the 21.5 km category.
- The winner was given a prize money of Rs 51,000. Kulbir Singh of 22 J&K Rifles stood second and Ramesh Kumar of Mandi stood third.
- In the women's section, Sonika of Rohtak stood first, Renu Singh of UP stood second and Canjo of Hamirpur stood third.
- Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu awarded the winners.
World Bank gave 16 thousand crores to Himachal
- To facilitate power reforms in Himachal Pradesh and increase the share of renewable energy, the World Bank's Board of Executive Directors has approved a loan of approximately Rs 16,400 crore ($200 million) to the state government.
- Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that this decision would also prove important in achieving the state government's goal of making Himachal the country's first green energy state.
हिमाचल पुलिस की 10वीं हाफ मैराथन
- हिमाचल पुलिस की ओर से आयोजित 10वीं हाफ मैराथन में 21.5 किमी वर्ग में चंडीगढ़ के साहिल गिल ने बाजी मारी।
- विजेता को 51,000 रुपये की इनामी राशि दी गई।
- 22 जेएंडके राइफल के कुलबीर सिंह द्वितीय और मंडी के रमेश कुमार तीसरे स्थान पर रहे।
- महिला वर्ग में रोहतक की सोनिका प्रथम, यूपी की रेनू सिंह ने दूसरा और हमीरपुर की कैंजो तृतीय रहीं।
- मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने विजेताओं को पुरस्कृत किया।
विश्व बैंक ने हिमाचल को दिए 16 हजार करोड़
- हिमाचल प्रदेश में बिजली सुधारों को सुविधाजनक बनाने और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा की हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के लिए विश्व बैंक के कार्यकारी निदेशक मंडल ने राज्य सरकार को लगभग 16 हजार 400 करोड़ रुपये (200 मिलियन डॉलर) के ऋण को मंजूरी दी है।
- मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने कहा कि यह निर्णय हिमाचल को देश का पहला हरित ऊर्जा राज्य बनाने के प्रदेश सरकार के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने में भी महत्वपूर्ण साबित होगा।
