Sashakt Mahila Rin Yojana
- The CM recently announced the launching of a collateral-free loan scheme, called Sashakt Mahila Rin Yojana to economically empower women.
- The ‘Sashakt Mahila Rin Yojna’ is an initiative of the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) which will provide loans to women for pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams, engage in livelihood activities, fulfil their day-to-day needs and uplift their families.
- Under this scheme, beneficiaries will get a credit facility of Rs.21,000, Rs.51,000 and Rs.1,01,000 at a relatively low-interest rate of 8.51%.
- The main benefit of this scheme is that beneficiaries need not to provide any assets or collateral as security against the loan amount.
Agniveer training centre opens at ACC, Barmana
- The centre was inaugurated by Brigadier (retd) Madan Sheel Sharma, chairman of Himachal Pradesh Ex-Servicemen Corporation, at the ACC cement factory at Barmana in Bilaspur district.
- The centre would also create awareness about the Agniveer selection process and encourage more youth to join defence services.
- In the first group, 35 boys have been enrolled for the training.
सशक्त महिला ऋण योजना
- मुख्यमंत्री ने हाल ही में महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लिए सशक्त महिला ऋण योजना नामक एक संपार्श्विक-मुक्त ऋण योजना शुरू करने की घोषणा की।
- 'सशक्त महिला ऋण योजना' हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य सहकारी बैंक (एचपीएससीबी) की एक पहल है जो महिलाओं को उनके उद्यमशीलता के सपनों को आगे बढ़ाने, आजीविका गतिविधियों में संलग्न होने, उनकी दिन-प्रतिदिन की जरूरतों को पूरा करने और उनके परिवारों के उत्थान के लिए ऋण प्रदान करेगी।
- इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को 8.51% की अपेक्षाकृत कम ब्याज दरों पर 21,000 रुपये, 51,000 रुपये और 1,01,000 रुपये की ऋण सुविधा मिलेगी।
- इस योजना का मुख्य लाभ यह है कि लाभार्थियों को ऋण राशि के विरुद्ध सुरक्षा के रूप में कोई संपत्ति या संपार्श्विक प्रदान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
एसीसी बरमाणा में अग्निवीर प्रशिक्षण केंद्र खुला
- इस केंद्र का उद्घाटन हिमाचल प्रदेश पूर्व सैनिक निगम के अध्यक्ष ब्रिगेडियर (सेवानिवृत्त) मदन शील शर्मा ने बिलासपुर जिले के बरमाणा में एसीसी सीमेंट फैक्ट्री में किया।
- केंद्र अग्निवीर चयन प्रक्रिया के बारे में जागरूकता भी पैदा करेगा और अधिक युवाओं को रक्षा सेवाओं में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा।
- पहले समूह में 35 लड़कों को प्रशिक्षण के लिए नामांकित किया गया है।
