Himachal Govt to bring white paper on economic conditions of state
- The government of Himachal Pradesh has announced to release a whitepaper on the state's economic status.
- A cabinet subcommittee was formed to review the financial status of the state.
- The subcommittee will hold two more meetings and submit its report to the government within a month.
- A revised e-auction system for registration numbers of vehicles has also started in Himachal Pradesh.
Vibrant Village programme in Himachal Pradesh
- To counter China’s strengthening of infrastructure along the border in Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti, 75 villages out of total 210 will be developed under the Vibrant Village programme.
- The 75 identified villages fall in Pooh and Kalpa blocks of Kinnaur and Kaza in Lahaul and Spiti district.
- District authorities have been asked to prepare plans to promote economic activities in these villages.
- The focus will be on strengthening road network and ensuring better connectivity under Vibrant Village programme.
- It is a Centrally sponsored scheme, announced in the Union Budget 2022-23 (to 2025-26) for development of villages on the northern border, thus improving the quality of life of people living in identified border villages.
- It will cover the border areas of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Ladakh.
- It will cover 2,963 villages with 663 of them to be covered in the first phase.
हिमाचल सरकार राज्य की आर्थिक स्थिति पर श्वेत पत्र लाएगी
- हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य की आर्थिक स्थिति पर श्वेतपत्र जारी करने की घोषणा की है.
- राज्य की वित्तीय स्थिति की समीक्षा के लिए एक कैबिनेट उपसमिति का गठन किया गया।
- उपसमिति दो और बैठकें करेगी और एक महीने के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट सरकार को सौंपेगी।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश में वाहनों के पंजीकरण नंबरों के लिए संशोधित ई-नीलामी प्रणाली भी शुरू हो गई है।
हिमाचल प्रदेश में वाइब्रेंट विलेज कार्यक्रम
- किन्नौर और लाहौल-स्पीति में सीमा पर चीन के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने का मुकाबला करने के लिए, कुल 210 में से 75 गांवों को वाइब्रेंट विलेज कार्यक्रम के तहत विकसित किया जाएगा।
- पहचाने गए 75 गांव किन्नौर के पूह और कल्पा ब्लॉक और लाहौल और स्पीति जिले के काजा में आते हैं।
- जिला अधिकारियों को इन गांवों में आर्थिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए योजना तैयार करने को कहा गया है।
- वाइब्रेंट विलेज कार्यक्रम के तहत सड़क नेटवर्क को मजबूत करने और बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी सुनिश्चित करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा।
- यह एक केंद्र प्रायोजित योजना है, जिसकी घोषणा केंद्रीय बजट 2022-23 (2025-26 तक) में उत्तरी सीमा पर गांवों के विकास के लिए की गई थी, जिससे चिन्हित सीमावर्ती गांवों में रहने वाले लोगों के जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होगा।
- यह हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, सिक्किम और लद्दाख के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों को कवर करेगा।
- इसमें 2,963 गांवों को शामिल किया जाएगा, जिनमें से 663 गांवों को पहले चरण में कवर किया जाएगा।
