The HPPSC has released a Press Note Regarding Registration and Creating a Profile in the (OTR) One Time Registration. Please read this carefully & check PDF, this will be helpful while applying for any HPPSC exam. Also, check the videos related to how to fill out the HPPSC online application form.
It is for the information of all the concerned that the HP Public Service Commission has dispensed with the procedure of procuring documents pertaining to E.Q. etc. at the time of Written Objective Type Examinations/ CBTs. It is, therefore, advised that the candidates will register and create his/her profile on the “One Time Registration” (OTR) portal and after logging into his/her account in One Time Registration (OTR) the list of advertisements will be displayed on the candidates on the dashboard. The candidate will apply for a particular post through the portal. The application of the candidate will be submitted only after uploading the requisite documents as per the advertisement.
Before submission of the application, the candidate will be shown the preview of uploaded documents and he/ she shall give an undertaking/declaration as under:-
“It is certified that I have checked the preview of all the requisite uploaded documents and I am satisfied that documents are legible, readable and true. That I shall not object to rejection of my candidature based on the sole reason of uploaded documents being non-readable/poor quality of scanning.”
No further opportunity will be given to the candidate for submission of any document after the submission of the online recruitment application, as the online recruitment application once submitted shall not be allowed any change.

सभी संबंधितों की जानकारी के लिए है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग ने ईक्यू से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की खरीद की प्रक्रिया से छुटकारा पा लिया है। आदि लिखित वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की परीक्षाओं/सीबीटी के समय। इसलिए, यह सलाह दी जाती है कि उम्मीदवार "वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन" (ओटीआर) पोर्टल पर अपना पंजीकरण कराएंगे और अपना प्रोफाइल बनाएंगे और वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर) में अपने खाते में लॉग इन करने के बाद विज्ञापनों की सूची प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। डैशबोर्ड पर उम्मीदवारों पर। उम्मीदवार पोर्टल के माध्यम से एक विशेष पद के लिए आवेदन करेगा। उम्मीदवार का आवेदन विज्ञापन के अनुसार आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के बाद ही प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा।
आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, उम्मीदवार को अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों का पूर्वावलोकन दिखाया जाएगा और वह निम्नलिखित वचन/घोषणा देगा:-
"यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि मैंने अपलोड किए गए सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों के पूर्वावलोकन की जाँच कर ली है और मैं संतुष्ट हूँ कि दस्तावेज़ सुपाठ्य, पठनीय और सत्य हैं। अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों के पढ़ने योग्य न होने/स्कैनिंग की खराब गुणवत्ता के एकमात्र कारण के आधार पर मुझे अपनी उम्मीदवारी की अस्वीकृति पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।"
ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन जमा करने के बाद किसी भी दस्तावेज को जमा करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को कोई और अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा, क्योंकि एक बार ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन जमा करने के बाद किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
