Indian Army Agneepath Scheme
Indian Army Agnipath or Agneepath scheme is a recruitment process for Agniveer for General Duty, Technical, Aviation & Ammunition Examiner, Clerk/Store Keeper, Tradesmen posts for a four-year contract period. After four years of their service in the Indian Army, 25% of the Agniveers will be retained in the regular cadre based on merit, willingness, and medical fitness. They will then serve for a full term of another 15 years. While the other 75% of Agniveers will be demobilized, with an exit or “Seva Nidhi '' package of Rs 11-12 lakh. Indian Army Agniveer Medical Standards
(a) A candidate should have a robust physique and good mental health.
(b) Chest should be well developed, having a minimum 5 Cms expansion.
(c) Should have normal hearing with each ear and good binocular vision in both eyes. He should be able to read 6/6 in the distance vision chart with each eye. Colour vision should be CP-III.
(d) Should have enough natural healthy gum and teeth, i.e. a minimum of 14 dental points.
(e) Should not have diseases like deformity of bones, hydrocele and varicocele or piles.
(f) Should recognize red and green colors.
Indian Army Agniveer Salary
The applicants shortlisted for Agniveer in the Armed Forces will be offered a financial package of Rs. 4.75 lacs for the 1st year which will be upgraded to approx. Rs. 6.92 lacs in the 4th year. Besides the annual package, the candidates will be offered allowances like risk & hardship, ration, dress, and travel allowances.
Seva Nidhi: The Seva Nidhi package costs approximately Rs 11.71 lakh, including (Including, interest accumulated on the above amount as per the applicable interest rates would also be paid). 30% of monthly emoluments will be contributed by individuals and an equal amount will be contributed by the Government.
Death Compensation: Non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs 48 lakhs with additional Ex gratia of Rs. 44 lakh for death because of service. The unreserved portion up to 4 years including SevaNidhi Component.

Steps for Indian Army Apply Online 2022
The candidates interested in Indian Army Recruitment 2022 must have to submit there
Step 1- Visit the official website https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/.
Step 2- On the homepage, click on “Agnipath” appearing on the header.
Step 3- A new page appears with the URL- https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/AgnipathScheme.htm
Step 4- Click on “Registration” if you are a new user else. Log in with your username & password. Go through the entire details and the instructions carefully and then click on the Continue option.
Step 5- An OTP (OneTime Password ) will be sent to the mobile number of the email id provided by the candidate.
Step 6- Now if the registration is complete, a new page will be displayed through which the candidates will check their eligibility for a trade.
Step 7- Now, after reviewing the eligibility, the candidates will be provided with the list of rallies for different trade that is to be held soon and the candidate must select the rally for the trade as per the eligibility of the candidate.
Step 8- Enter your personal details, and education qualification asked to be filled in the application form.
Step 9- Attach the required documents in the prescribed format. Scanned passport-size photo of the candidate ( 10 KB to 20 KB in JPG Format) and Scanned Signature of the candidate ( 5 KB to 10 KB in JPG Format).
Step 8- Pay the required application fee through online mode.
Step 9- Download the application form for future reference. Candidates must print out two copies of the application form, which will be necessary afterward.
