HP Panchayat Secretary Recruitment 2020: Himachal Pradesh University Shimla invited online applications from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to the various posts of Panchayat Secretary in 12 Zila Parishads of Himachal Pradesh. Interested and eligible candidates may visit the online portal of HPU Shimla to apply online.

Selection Process: Panchayat Secretary Recruitment

Part-1 (Written test of 85 marks) :

The Written Objective type Screening test consists of 85 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of 1 marks. The skill test will be of qualifying nature for those who qualify the written Objective type Screening Test.

Part -2 Skill Test of the Qualifying Nature :

Computer typing English 30 WPM or Hindi 25 WPM and Knowledge of Word Processing in Computer for who qualify the written test.

Part-3 Evaluation of 15 Marks (Documentation):

Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying written objective screening test and skill tests will be carried out as per the following criteria:-

5. Differently abled persons with more than 40% impairment/ disability/

6. NSS (at least one year), certificate holders in NCC/The Bharat Scout and
Guide. Medal winner in National level sports competitions		1(One)Concerned Head of

7. BPL family having the family annual income (from all sources) below Rs.
