IBPS RRB Selection Process 2018

  1. IBPS Exam is an Online Objective type. 
  2. All sections (except English Language section & Hindi Language section) will be bilingual (i.e. in English & Hindi).
  3. There will be sectional as well as overall cutoffs.
  4. Negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable on wrong answers.
  5. Normalization applies.

Office Assistant

Prelims 2018 Cut Offs applied in 2 stages
(i)  Scores in individual sections
(ii) Over All Score.

Prelims 2018 Score Total scores obtained in Reasoning + Numerical Ability
Mains Total Weighted Score
Scores obtained in (Reasoning × 1.25 + Computer Knowledge × 0.50 + General Awareness × 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language × 1.00 + English Language/Hindi Language × 1.00 + Numerical Ability × 1.25).

Officer Scale-I

Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning × 1.25 + Computer Knowledge × 0.50 + General Awareness × 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language × 1.00 + English Language/Hindi Language × 1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude × 1.25).

Officer Scale-II (GBO) and Officer Scale-III

Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning × 1.25 + Computer Knowledge × 0.50 + Financial Awareness × 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language × 1.00 + English Language/Hindi Language × 1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude × 1.25).

Officer Scale-II in Specialist Cadre

Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Professional Knowledge × 1.00 + Reasoning × 1.00 + Computer Knowledge × 0.50 + English Language/ Hindi Language × 0.50 + Financial Awareness × 1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation × 1.00).
