IBPS RRB 2018 Notification Out: Check Exam Dates & Pattern
IBPS RRB 2018 Recruitment Notification is out. The IBPS RRB VII Exam is for the recruitment of Group A – Officers (Scale I, II and III) and Group B – Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The exam for the same is to be conducted in August 2018. There are separate selection procedures for both posts so you can apply for both the recruitment drives. - You can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer.
- However, you can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
- You have to apply separately and pay fees separately for each post applied for.

Exam Pattern Selection Procedure for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2018
- All the exams will be held online.
- The tests are all of the objective type.
- All sections of all tests (except English Language section & Hindi Language section) will be available bilingually (i.e. in English & Hindi).
- There will be sectional as well as overall cutoffs.
- There is negative marking. A penalty of 1/4th marks assigned to that question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Normalization applies.

IBPS RRB 2018 – Application Fee
The Application Fee is non-refundable. The payment must be made in ONLINE mode only. Staff candidates are exempt from payment of examination fee and intimation charges. The fee breakup is as follows:| Post | SC/ST/PWD/EXSM | Others |

How to Apply for IBPS RRB 2018

- You can apply for both Office Assistant as well as Officer separately. But you can only apply for one Officer posts from among Officer Scale I, II and III.
- Click on the desired post.
- Click on ‘Click here for New Registration‘ button at the top right.
- Enter basic details and upload scanned photo & signature as per the size requirements mentioned in the official notification.
- Also, enter your additional details like educational qualifications and work experience etc.
- Pick your preference order of RRB based on state.
- Fees must be paid Online only.
