Punjab PSC Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

A. Age Limit (as on on 01.01.2018)

Minimum Age – 18 years
Maximum Age – 37 years

B. Educational Qualifications (as on 02.04.2018)

You should have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any stream with minimum 60% marks.
Also, you it is mandatory that you passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or equivalent.
It is required that you have passed a Computer course of at least 120 hours with hands on experience.

PPSC Recruitment 2018 - Selection Process & Exam Pattern

As per the instructions of Govt. of Punjab, Department of Personnel issued vide its letter No. 12/152/2015-5PP2/720133/1 dated 28/03/2016, the selections for these posts will be finalized on the basis of written examination only. No interview has been conducted for selection of these posts.

The pattern for written exam comprising of 170 questions would be as follow:

Logical Reasoning and Mental Ability - 100 Q - 2 marks each.
General Knowledge, Current Affairs and History , 70 Q - 2 marks each.

Total Questions - 170 Questions
Total Time allotted - 170 minutes
Totai Marks - 340
