Answers:

  2. 3 ; From I: Manav stays either on 2nd or on 4th floor. Hence, I is not sufficient. From II: Manav occupied even numbered floor. So Manav stay on floor 2 or floor 4 But Manav does not stay on second floor. Hence, Manav stay on floor 4. Hence, II alone is sufficient to answer the question.
  3. 4; 4; From I. Possible days to complete the work by Rajmohan 5, 6, 7 or 8 days. From II: Rajmohan complete the work in 8, 9 or 10 days. From I and II. 8 is common. Hence, Rajmohan complete the work in 8 days.
