ECGC is a premier Export Credit Insurance Organization. It is formerly known as Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Limited. It provides export credit insurance support to Indian Exporters and is controlled by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. 

ECGC Ltd is the seventh largest credit insurer in the world in terms of coverage of national exports. The present paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1200 crores and authorized capital Rs.5000 crores

ECGC PO Recruitment 2018: Educational Qualifications 

Candidate must be an Associate Member of ICAI/ICWA or ACS(Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India), Chartered Financial Analyst, Master of Business Administration preferably Marketing and Finance or a Post-Graduate in Economics/International Trade/Mathematics/Statistics from a recognized university. These are some of the eligibility criteria for Probationary Officer at ECGC.

Age Limit:
Applicant must be 20 years of Age and a maximum of 30 years.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (applicable for MCQ question paper only)

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 will be deducted. Questions that are not attempted will have no penalty.

ECGC PO Recruitment 2018: Examination Centres 

2. 1. The Examination will be conducted online at 5 Examination Centres, i.e Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata/Greater Kolkata and Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai.
   2. No request for change of centre for examination shall be entertained.

Candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of interview. Non-submission of requisite documents by the candidate at the time of interview will debar his/her candidature from further participation in the recruitment process.

1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter.
2. Valid system generated a printout of the online application form registered for Online Examination.
3. Birth Certificate
4. Identity proof like AADHAR Card, PAN Card, Drivers license or voters id. Any of the above documents.
5. All Marksheets from Class 10, 12, Degree, CA, CS, ICWA, or other certifications obtained issued by competent authority.
6. Caste Certificate issued by Competent authority from the Government of India for SC/ST/OBC category candidates.

Download of Call letters: Candidates will have to visit ECGC’s website for downloading call letters for online test. Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS.Candidates reporting late i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Examination will not be permitted to take the examination.
