HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Prelims 2017 : Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission conducted Naib Tehsiladar Prelims Exam on 20th August, 2017 at the various Centers in Himachal Pradesh. 

Overall the level of  Exam was Easy to Moderate.

HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Prelims 2017 Exam Pattern: 

• In total there will be 120 marks for preliminary written exam. 
• Questions will be entirely multiple choice/ objective type. 
• Time given to each & every candidate will be 02:00 hours.
• Negative marking of 1/4th marks. 

Section wise Analysis of HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Prelims 2017: 

This year HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Prelims was easier than the Previous Year's.

• There were many direct and easy questions. So overall the Exam was easier to moderate. 
• Questions were asked form various sections. 
• But there were some sections that dominated most like Himachal GK, Modern History and Geography etc.

Some Important facts of Exam

• Questions for Himachal Pradesh GK,  Modern History + Indian National Movement, Geography section, etc Dominated the Paper. 
• There were very few questions from Polity, Science, and Sports sections this year. 
• Questions asked were more factual compared to previous year's exams. 
• For the First-timers it may be a kind of shocking experience but for the experienced players, it was Easier and satisfying. 

How many will qualify for HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Mains Exam 2017:  

Total Vacancies : 20 x 20 times = 400 Total Candidates

• General Category : 12 x 20 = 240 Candidates
• SC Category : 04 x 20 = 80 Candidates
• ST Category : 01 x 20 = 20 Candidates
• OBC Category : 03 x 20 = 60 Candidates

HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Exam 2017 Expected Cut off :

We can't predict at this moment at the moment this year because the Negative marking scheme will come into play, so we can't compare cut-offs of the previous year with this years.
