Following are the conditions for selecting Senior Manager (Marketing) in an organisation:
The candidate must
  • (i)be at least 35 years old as on 1.2.2012.
  • (ii)have scored minimum 55% marks in graduation.
  • (iii)have scored at least 60% marks in postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing Management.
  • (iv)have post-qualification work experience of at least 10 years in the marketing division of an organisation.

3. Ankit Saxena has scored 65% marks in PG degree in Marketing Management and 57% marks in graduation. He has been working in the marketing division of an organisation for the past eleven years after completing his postgraduate degree. He has scored 55% marks in the selection process and he was born on 12 July 1972.
4. Prem Singh has secured 58% marks in graduation. His date of birth is 24th May 1976. He has been working in the marketing division of an organisation for the past seven years as Manager Marketing after completing postgraduate degree in Marketing Management with 65% marks. He has scored 50% marks in the selection process.
5. Mitali has been working for the past seven years, out of which six years as Manager-Marketing in an organisation after completing his postgraduate degree in Marketing Management with 62% marks. She has scored 58% marks in graduation and 52% marks in the selection process. She was born on 14th February 1974
Direction (Q. 6-10): Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.
Following are the conditions for selecting a finance manager for a multinational company.
The candidate must
  1. be at least of 21 years and not more than 35 years as on 01-04-2012.
  2. have work experience of at least 5 years as Finance Officer/Manager.
  3. be a postgraduate in Finance.
  4. be fluent in English.

In the case of a candidate who fulfill all the conditions except
  • (i)(A), but has work experience as Finance Officer/Manager for at least 10 years, his/her case is referred to the Director (Finance) for consideration.
  • (ii)(B), but has obtained PhD in Financial Management, his/her case may be referred to the Managing Director for consideration.
