The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is expected to issue the admit card of candidates who have applied for the examination to recruit post graduate teachers (PGTs), trained graduate teachers (TGTs) and primary teachers (PRT) on its official website .

According to the official website, the admit card will be available for download after December 19. The examinations will be held on January 7 and January 8, 2017. The detailed schedule is given below the story.

Steps to download admit card:
  1. Visit KVS’ official website
  2. Click on ‘Employment Notice’ at the bottom of the page
  3. Click on link for ‘Admit Card’ on the left hand of the page that opens
  4. Enter details as instructed (like roll number, date of birth and email id)
  5. Click on Submit
  6. Admit card will be displayed on the screen
  7. Save it on your computer and take a printout

Check the admit card for any discrepancy and also the examination venue and date provided on it. Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination venue.

The exam is being held to recruit 690 PGTs, 926 TGTs, 4,348 PRTs. The examination to recruit 90 principals and 151 PRTs (music) was conducted on December 17. However, the number of vacancies is tentative and may be subject to further changes.
