IBPS Clerk Prelims 2016 : Exam Analysis & Cut off - 26th November 2016 - Slot 3

IBPS Clerk Exam Analysis, Prelims Cut off 2016: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection i.e. IBPS will conduct IBPS CWE Clerk VI Preliminary Examination on 26, 27 November and 3, 4 December in multiple slots/ shifts. The candidates who’ve successfully submitted their application form online will appear for the written examination as per the exam date and shift mentioned in their respective admit card.

As for IBPS Clerk Exam Analysis, it was mainly based on the same pattern as it came in previous year 2015. The exam’s overall level of difficulty ranged from Easy to Moderate. Most questions had a familiar language and could be solved with the help of direct methods. ·         Level of Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Level of the exam –Easy 
(i) Inequality – 5 Questions  (Easy) Direct Questions 
H = I >= G > S, K >= G
D <= E < A < R >= L
Q >= U > E >= G = B
(ii) Sitting Arrangement - 3 sets
Circular arrangement – 5 Questions (Easy) (8 people, all facing inside)
Linear Arrangement – 10 questions (Easy) (1st set - all people facing north, 2nd set - 4 people facing north and 4 facing south)
(iii) Alphanumeric Series - 5 Questions (Easy)
(iv) Rest Miscellaneous Questions – 10 Questions  (Easy) (Distance and Direction, Blood Relation etc.)
There were no questions from Syllogism.
The Overall level of the exam was Easy. As per the reviews provided by our readers, one could easily attempt 60 -65 questions if practised well.

Miscellaneous questions include – Age, Mixture Allegation, Partnership,Pipes and Cisterns, Profit Loss, Average, Boats & Stream, Compound/Simple Interest, Time & Work, Probability etc.
There were no questions from Quadratic equations.
