IDBI Executive Shift-1 Exam was of an Easy to Moderate level.
The Online Examination constituted of an objective test which had three sections namely English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and there were 50 questions for 50 marks in each section. The objective test had a composite time of 90 minutes for all three sections.

Reasoning Section Exam Analysis ( Easy-Moderate )
The Reasoning section was the easiest section than all other section. There were 04 sets of puzzles and Seating Arrangement which are given below:-
- One was the linear arrangement (people were arranged in north and south direction),
- One was box based Puzzle,
- Circular Arrangement in which 9 persons were arranged
- Days and colors based Question
- 12 persons, places and months need to be arranged.

Quantitative Aptitude Section Exam Analysis ( Easy-Moderate)
The Quantitative Aptitude section was at the moderate level. Simplification and Approximation were not asked. Most of the questions under Miscellaneous questions are difficult, time-consuming and tricky.
- There were 4 sets of data interpretation (DI): Tabular / Bar Graph / Caselet / Pie Chart.
- Miscellaneous questions include Age, Mixture Allegation, Partnership, Profit Loss, Average, Boats & Stream, Compound/Simple Interest, Time & Work, etc. They were time-consuming and difficult.
- Simplification and Approximation were not asked.

The level of this section was moderate in comparison with the rest of the examination.
- There were 02 sets of reading comprehensions and they also included
- 04 vocabulary based questions of synonyms and antonyms.
- One of the Reading comprehension was based on a Topic of Banking System.
- Doule Fillers and Sentence correction questions were not asked in continuity.
