SSC CPO 2017 Exam Analysis - 2nd July (1st Slot)


SSC is conducting SSC CPO Tier 1 Exam in online mode. So, it becomes necessary to go through the SSC CPO analysis 2017. We bring here today (2nd July 2017) shift 1 SSC CPO Analysis for prelims exam based on feedback of students. Yesterday, we shared SSC CPO Exam analysis (1st July) for both shifts.
SSC CPO Exam is conducted for the recruitment of SI (Sub Inspector) in Delhi Police, SI (Sub Inspector) in CAPFs (Central Armed Police Forces), and ASI (Assistant Sub Inspector) in CISF (Central Industrial Security Force). Now, let discuss SSC CPO Exam Analysis for Tier 1

SSC CPO Exam Analysis: Overall level

  • Pattern was similar to yeaterday (1st July 2017 Pattern)
  • Overall difficulty level of Exam was moderate.
  • Questions in General Awareness section were moderate (maximum questions were from previous year papers)
  • Questions asked in Quantitative Aptitude were formula and calculation based.
  • Questions asked in Reasoning Section were easy.

SSC CPO Exam Analysis: English Section

In this section, questions were not in order. Options given in idiom phrases were confusing while One word substitution were easy. Level of Antonym and Synonym were difficult.

  • Fill in the Blanks -5 Q (Moderate)
  • Sentence Improvement -5 Q (easy)
  • Idiom Phrases -5 Q (Moderate: Bolt from the blue)
  • One Word Substitution -5 Q (Asked from previous year)

  • Synonym -5 Q
  • Spelling Errors -5 Q (Battalion, tremendous- correct and wrong)
  • Reading Comprehension -5 Q (Science and religion based)
  • Cloze Test - 5 Q ( based on relationship of men and women)
Note:
  • This year Exam was conducted in a peaceful manner.
  • There was no server problem at the center. 
  • In english section, questions were not arranged in a proper manner.
