Age Limit for HRTC Conductor
Between 18 years to 45 years. As mentioned in the post Clarification:-
- Five years relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible only to the bonafide S.C. of H.P. / S.T. of H.P. / O.B.C. of H.P. etc age relaxation is as per Government’s instructions issued from time to time. The age relaxation for these categories is available only if there is a post reserved for these categories.
- The age of a candidate shall be reckoned as of 01.01.2023.
Important Note for HRTC Conductor Recruitment 2023
It is for the information of all those candidates who had applied earlier against the post(s) advertised by the erstwhile H.P. Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur under postcode: 1031, they will choose the option (APPLIED EARLIER THROUGH HPSSC HAMIRPUR POST CODE 1031 (Conductor) Application Form for claiming exemption of Application Fee.
List of documents to be uploaded on the OTRS portal by the candidate:
- Matriculation certificate for age proof.
- 10+2 certificate /mark sheet in support of Educational Qualification.
- Valid Conductor Licence.
- Valid category certificate(s) in support of their eligibility, if any, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF and BPL etc. All these certificates, along with undertaking wherever required, should be on Performa prescribed by the Government of H.P. from time to time. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Certificates should be by the instructions of the Govt. issued vide letter No.PER (AP)-CF(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August 2019.
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
- Candidates applying under the EWS category will have to submit either an ‘Income & Asset Certificate’ or a valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O. along with non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by H.P. Government vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June 2019.
