Important Instructions Regarding HPAS (Preliminary) Exam-2020 to be held on 26-09-2021 (परीक्षा से पहले अवश्य पढ़ें)

It is for information of all concerned candidates appearing in Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2020 scheduled to be held on 26-09-2021 in two sessions from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon & 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM that all the necessary arrangements have been made for the conduct of this Examination.

Total 30625 candidates are going to appear in this Examination and Commission has established 133 examination centers throughout Himachal Pradesh (except Kinnaur and Lahul Spiti).

For the first time, the Commission has decided to install low-powered jammers in all the respective examination centers to prevent the use of electronic gadgets during the conduct of the examination. Further, to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Commission has taken all necessary measures viz. sanitization of entire premises of examination centers, arrangement of thermal scanning of candidates and sanitization of their hands at entry gates and also arranged the separate room for candidates having flu-like symptoms, etc.

In two sessions from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon & 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM that the mandatory condition to bring COVID-19 vaccine certificate (double doses) or a negative RT-PCR Test Report not later than 72 hours or RAT negative report not older than 24 hours will be applicable only for the candidates coming from other states (except Himachal Pradesh) to appear for the said examination.

दिनांक 26-09-2021 को दो सत्रों में पूर्वाह्न 10.00 बजे से दोपहर 12.00 बजे और अपराह्न 02.00 बजे से सायं 04.00 बजे तक आयोजित होने वाली हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवा संयुक्त प्रतियोगी (प्रारंभिक) परीक्षा-2020 में उपस्थित होने वाले सभी संबंधित उम्मीदवारों की जानकारी के लिए है कि सभी इस परीक्षा के आयोजन के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था की गई है।

इस परीक्षा में कुल 30625 उम्मीदवार शामिल होने जा रहे हैं और आयोग ने पूरे हिमाचल प्रदेश (किन्नौर और लाहुल स्पीति को छोड़कर) में 133 परीक्षा केंद्र स्थापित किए हैं।

आयोग ने पहली बार परीक्षा के आयोजन के दौरान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स के उपयोग को रोकने के लिए सभी संबंधित परीक्षा केंद्रों में कम शक्ति वाले जैमर लगाने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके अलावा, कोविड -19 के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए, आयोग ने सभी आवश्यक उपाय किए हैं। परीक्षा केंद्रों के पूरे परिसर का सैनिटाइजेशन, उम्मीदवारों की थर्मल स्कैनिंग की व्यवस्था और प्रवेश द्वारों पर उनके हाथों की सफाई और फ्लू जैसे लक्षण वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए अलग कमरे की भी व्यवस्था की गई है।

दो सत्रों में सुबह 10.00 बजे से दोपहर 12.00 बजे और दोपहर 02.00 बजे से शाम 04.00 बजे तक कि COVID-19 वैक्सीन प्रमाण पत्र (दोहरी खुराक) या एक नकारात्मक आरटी-पीसीआर परीक्षण रिपोर्ट 72 घंटे से अधिक पुरानी न हो या आरएटी नकारात्मक रिपोर्ट लाने के लिए अनिवार्य शर्त है। उक्त परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए केवल अन्य राज्यों (हिमाचल प्रदेश को छोड़कर) से आने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 24 घंटे लागू होंगे।
