Kerala Flood Relief: Not taking foreign aid is convention since 2004 tsunami
Accepting foreign aid to deal with the flood situation in Kerala might reverse a 15-year-old convention (A way in which something is usually done) of the Indian government first adopted in the aftermath (the consequences of a significant unpleasant event) of the 2004 tsunami.
