AFCAT Exam 25th February 2018 Cancelled - Re-Exam Updates
AFCAT exam, which was held at different exam centres on 25th February 2018 across the country got cancelled at few centres due to technical reasons. The candidates of these centres will get revised admit card and the new date of exam will be communicated to them soon.
This was the first time that AFCAT was getting online as it has been successfully conducted offline 14 times. CDAC had to cancel AFCAT 2018 exam at several centres due to technical glitches and an official notice regarding the same has now also been updated on the Air Force Common Admission Test 2018 website. AFCAT Updates - Reasons for Cancellation of Exam
Many candidates reported that they were not allowed to take the AFCAT online exam because of technical issues reported by the management.
At many centres, candidates got only 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours because of Technical issues or electricity outage.
AFCAT Exam Cancelled on Following Centers
Exam was cancelled at many centres – exact numbers have not yet reported by CDAC but according to a survey, the AFCAT 2018 exam was cancelled at the following exam centres:

AFCAT Exam Updates – What’s Next?
According to notification by IAF / CDAC, AFCAT will be conducted on another date for those candidates whose AFCAT exam was cancelled.
- For the hundreds or thousands of candidates who will have to re-appear in the exam again, new exam date will be communicated by email.
- Hence, it is advised that the candidates should thus check their registered email ID, the one they used to apply for AFCAT 2018, regularly to know the new date of exam.
- Moreover, along with the release of the new admit cards, the exam centres will also probably change. The new exam centre assigned to them, if CDAC/IAF assigns new centre, will be informed through AFCAT 2018 admit card.
