4. How many vacancies are there in CGL 2016?

Tentatively the vacancies for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDC, DEO and Court Clerks are 3281, 1321, 506 and 26 respectively.

5. What is the Eligibility to apply for CHSL 2016 Exam ?

The facility of on­line application (including payment of fees through debit card) will be available from 8­-10­-2016 to 7­-11­-2016 (5.00 pm). However candidates who wish to make the payment through challan of SBI may be allowed to make the payment within the working hours of bank upto 07-­11-­ 2016 provided the challan has been generated by them before 5.00 PM of 4­ -11-­2016.

SSC is very economical, when it comes to Application fees. SSC only charges, Rs 100 as examination fees. Moreover, Female candidates and Reserved category candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
