The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) conducted the Civil Services Prelims (CSAT Prelims) 2017 today. The first slot is over now. Amidst tight security the exam was conducted at various centers across the nation. On one hand some of the students seem satisfied, however on the other hand many students seemed baffled with the tough General Knowledge section. As said by one of the candidates, “The General Knowledge paper was quite tough. It was very difficult to crack the questions.
Overall the paper was easy but GK section was difficult”
The UPSC Civil Services Prelims CSAT Exam 2017 got over at 12:30 PM and students gave mixed reactions for the paper.
The questions asked in UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2017 forenoon slot were more concept-based and tested the mental level of the candidates. The afternoon exam is yet to be conducted. Candidates are anxious to witness the reactions of those who appeared for the forenoon slot. One of the candidates who had appeared for the first slot stated that ‘It was my first attempt, I found the overall paper balanced.’ The UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2017 is being conducted today.
Candidates who will qualified the preliminary phase of Civil Services Exam 2017 will become eligible for the Mains phase. After qualifying the Mains phase of Civil Services Exam candidates will have to appear for the Personality Test. After qualifying all the stages of the recruitment process, candidates will be selected for the prestigious post in Civil Services. In the forenoon slot of UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam 2017 conducted today, candidates were baffled with the tough General Knowledge section.
