NABARD has issued a notification for recruitment of NABARD Development Assistant posts. The online registration process will start from 30th August 2016 to 20 September 2016. NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment Notification 2016

Eligibility Criteria:
  • The eligibility criteria for NABARD recruitment will be calculated from the cutoff date of 31-01-2016 and is as follows:
Age Limit: 
  • Between 18 and 35 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 01-08- 1981 and not later than 31-07-1998 
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Knowledge of word processing on Computer.
  • Candidates applying for post in a particular state should be proficient in the language of the state i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language.
  • Candidate should also be able to write and speak English.

Pay Scale:

  • Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 8,860/‐ per month (i.e. Rs. 8,040/‐ plus two advance increments admissible to graduates only) in the scale of Rs. 12 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years).
  • They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
  • At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs.24948.
  • The pay scale is under revision and is likely to increase.

Today, 31 August 2016, marks Day 5 of the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination. The SSC CGL is being conducted online for the very first time. Similar to our previous articles, we will be giving an in-depth analysis for the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam held on 31 August 2016
Here is the Detailed SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Analysis, highlighting the level of difficulty of each section, the supposed number of good attempts and the expected cutoff for 31 August SSC CGL Tier-I.


SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Analysis 2016
The Online Recruitment Paper consisted of the Objective type Questions. As per the revised pattern, the Tier 1 Examination consisted of 100 Questions divided into 4 sections i.e Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness carrying 200 marks in total.

As mentioned in the above section, there were 4 sections in SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I). The overall difficulty level was Moderate, with the majority of the questions asked being a little difficult. But, there were a few easy ones too. The Quantitative Aptitude section was Easy to Moderate. Questions were asked mostly from the following topics:

Just like yesterday’s paper, most of the questions were from the topic of Bar Chart. The level of difficulty for most of the questions was easy. Questions based on Trigonometry were a little challenging. Candidates having good arithmetic knowledge and practice can attempt 16-18 questions easily.

English Language
The English Language section was Easy to Moderate, just like quantitative aptitude. Attempting 14-16 questions will be considered as a good attempt. Similar to yesterday’s paper, most of the questions were easy to answer. Topics such as Sentence Correction, One word Substitution and Idioms/Phrases were a little challenging.
